Ever since its inception with the registration as a Society and Trust Ac dt. in 1985, our organization has been in the field of Consumer Protection, Investors protection & Education, Empowerment, Health protection, Environment Protection activities extensively and intensively. Our organization enjoys the jurisdiction all over Gujarat state and is the only registered/Recognized by Government of Gujarat and Government of India one in Patan, District.
We organize programmes keeping in view the communal unity and social integration, illuminating Human Rights and uphold them with a view to aiming at world peace.
We have been allotted since the 1989 in Gujarat, A “District Consumer Information Centre” by the Department of Consumer Welfare Fund, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi. Since then the “District Consumer Information Centre is in working condition till today by our organization.
Our organization is approved by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi and Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Gujarat State.
Jagrut Grahak Mandal-Patan (Myhelpline) is a registered (Registration No. : F-763-Patan (14-10-1985) non-governmental organization (NGO) working in Gujarat, India. Established in the year 1985, Jagrut Grahak Mandal Patan works in the area of Civic Issues, etc. The organization works towards the promotion of sustainable development and protection of consumer and environment. This organization is a non-profit making social organization comprising of professionals striving for Protection, Education and Empowerment of Consumers.
Our organization is running one of the District Consumer information Center at Patan in Gujarat. Our goal is to promote the protection, awareness, education to consumer Investors, healthcare and environment. The organization team strives constantly towards a healthy, educated and an aware nation. We at Consumer Organization help to connect you to your being, your environment protection. At the cell for Consumer Education and Advocacy, we network to uplift Consumer's welfare and protect their rights.
The organization was founded in 1985 by Shri Trilochanbhai D. Mehta, C.A. Practices. Author, the Founder President. He is full time Consumer Activist, they have left their legal practice, to devote full time for these activities.

Activities for consumer awareness
we give different types of activities for consumer awareness to the society each month. We also celebrate 15th March and 24th December every year. On that day, We celebrate 15th to 21st March and 24th to 30th December, the whole week as the Consumer Awareness various programs. In this type of we distribute pamphlets, memos, and also a free complaint form. We give a strong, powerful and effective presentation for consumer rights and duties. To solve consumer complaints we file a case in the consumer court and take legal action whenever required.
We represent the consumer matters to the concerned Authority and we get the best results. All these Programs, Activities have coverage in Print Media and Electronic Media. Not only in Gujarat but also in all over India only this Organization has been giving news related to the Consumer Protection and Awareness since last 30 years.
Consumer Care Center:
To make advisory services and assistance more accessible to consumers, the Government of India has set up Grahak Suvidha Kendras (GSKs – Consumer Care Centres) in different regions of the country. CIC has been selected by the Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India, to establish and manage a GSK in Patan.click here
